Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, and completely unaltered.
- In the exact same condition as when originally shipped.
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, protective films, and certificates attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at info@watchgallery.ae within 30 days of delivery with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping label via email.
- Securely pack the item and ship it within 10 days of receiving the return label to our facility at: Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, 9716, AE.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect item: Watch Gallery covers 100% of return shipping costs.
- Change of mind: Watch Gallery covers 100% of return shipping costs.
Return shipping is free in all cases.
Restocking Fees
Watch Gallery does not charge any restocking fees. This applies to both defective/incorrect items and change of mind returns.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Any import duties, local taxes (such as VAT), or customs brokerage fees paid to local authorities are strictly non-refundable. Watch Gallery refunds only the exact amount paid on our website.
Refund Processing
- All returned items are inspected upon receipt at our facility.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method in the same currency used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of approval.
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, complete a return for the original item following this policy and place a new separate order for the replacement item.
