Shipping Destinations

We ship across the GCC via DHL Express.

Order Processing

• Order before 2:00 PM GST and we ship the same business day.
• Orders after 2:00 PM GST ship the next business day.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• UAE: Free shipping, 1–2 business days.
• Rest of the GCC: Free over AED 1,500, 2–4 business days.

All orders ship via DHL Express.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number and a live tracking link.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at info@watchgallery.ae within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll open an investigation with DHL Express.
