Warranty Policy
At Watch Gallery, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every timepiece we sell. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide a comprehensive 2-Year Store Warranty on all watches purchased through www.watchgallery.ae.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
What is Covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the watch movement (the internal mechanism). This includes:
- Movement failure or malfunction under normal use.
- Battery replacement (within the first 6 months of purchase for quartz models).
- Manufacturing defects in the watch dial, hands, or markers.
What is NOT Covered?
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from wear and tear, accidents, or misuse, including:
- Damage to the crystal (glass), case, strap, bracelet, or crown.
- Water damage (unless the watch is a certified diver’s model and the damage occurred within its specified depth rating without crown misuse).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or tampering by third parties.
- Normal wear and tear of the finish (scratches, fading of plating).
Independent Warranty Disclosure
Please note that Watch Gallery operates as an independent retailer. Therefore, the warranty provided is a Store Warranty fulfilled by our authorized service partners in the UAE. This warranty may replace or be in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the specific model and brand.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your watch requires service under warranty:
- Contact us at info@watchgallery.ae with your Order Number and a description of the issue.
- Once our team approves the initial assessment, you will be instructed on how to send the watch to our service center in the UAE.
- We will inspect the timepiece and proceed with repair or replacement at our discretion.
