Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Incorrect item received or item not as described
  • Item does not fit or change of mind (act of remorse)

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • In the same condition as when originally shipped
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and certificates

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to rejection or partial refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Once approved, a return shipping label will be issued
  3. Securely pack the item and attach the provided label
  4. Ship the return within 10 days of receiving the return label

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Inspection, Restocking Fees, and Return Decisions

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

  • For change-of-mind (act of remorse) returns, a restocking fee may apply.
    This fee covers inspection, handling, and operational costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If an item is found not to be in its original condition, Watch Gallery UAE reserves the right to:
    • Reject the return and ship the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense, or
    • Deduct appropriate fees, including restocking or depreciation fees, and issue a partial refund

The final decision is made at our sole discretion following inspection.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 72 hours after the return is approved
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another model, simply complete your return and place a new order. Our team will be happy to assist you with recommendations, availability, and any questions you may have.
