If a change in law requires us to amend these Terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, such changes will apply to your Order. You may use the Website as a guest or choose to register an account. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and payment information you provide is accurate and up to date. Orders
By placing an Order, you agree to purchase the item(s) as described at the listed prices, including any applicable taxes, duties, and delivery fees. All Orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order, including cases involving suspected fraud, inability to verify payment, ineligibility, or product unavailability.
Items in your cart are not reserved until your Order is completed and paid for. An Order is considered confirmed only once you receive a dispatch notification.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We may request identification or perform additional verification to confirm payment authorization. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel any payment where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in AED by default. Additional currencies may be available through the Website’s currency selector. Prices exclude delivery charges, duties, and taxes unless otherwise stated.
If you pay using a card issued in another currency, your bank’s exchange rate and fees will apply. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time and to cancel or amend Orders affected by such errors.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our facility in the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are for reference only. Delivery timelines may be affected by customs procedures, holidays, high-volume seasons, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your Order has not been shipped within sixty (60) calendar days from the purchase date, and the delay is not due to your actions or external restrictions (such as customs holds or incorrect address details), you are entitled to a full refund.
If delivery is refused or not accepted at the provided address, the goods may be held in storage at no charge for up to thirty (30) days. If no new delivery arrangement is confirmed within that period, we may cancel the Order, retain the goods, and retain all monies paid.
General Delivery Conditions
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: incorrect delivery information, remote or restricted locations, customs inspections, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
Additional delivery charges may apply for high-risk, remote, or international destinations within the GCC. You will be notified of any such charges prior to dispatch. Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the Order as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Trade Terms
Orders are shipped under Incoterm CPT (Carriage Paid To). We cover transport costs until the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Risk in the goods transfers to you once they are handed to the carrier.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on return eligibility, required item condition, timelines, and the procedure for submitting a return or exchange request.
Cancellation
All Orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations or modifications after an Order has been processed. Please review all product details before submitting your purchase.
Title and Risk
Ownership transfers to you upon full payment and successful delivery. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the address specified at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, code, and page layout — is the property of Watch Gallery UAE or is used with authorized commercial usage. This content may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We make every effort to ensure that all product information is accurate. However, colors, materials, and finishes may appear differently due to screen settings or production variations. All dimensions and measurements provided are approximate.

Before initiating arbitration, the initiating party must provide at least sixty (60) days’ written notice and attempt informal resolution. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only; class actions and representative proceedings are not permitted.
