At Watch Gallery UAE, we want you to feel completely confident shopping with us. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out — and that’s perfectly okay. That’s why we gladly accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
How Returns Work
If you’d like to return an item — whether you changed your mind, received the wrong item, or simply didn’t fall in love with it — we’re here to help.
Please make sure that:

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

All tags, protective films, packaging, manuals, and certificates are included

The product has no signs of wear, damage, or resizing
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund promptly.
How to Start a Return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our contact form or customer support.

We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Attach the provided label to your package.

Drop off the parcel at the designated courier location.

Please ensure the return is shipped within 10 days of receiving your return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another model, simply complete your return and place a new order. Our team will be happy to assist you with recommendations, availability, and any questions you may have.
