This website is operated by Watch Gallery, a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, "Watch Gallery", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Watch Gallery.
These Terms apply to your use of watchgallery.ae and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the current version of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or place an order.
Account Registration
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or emirate of residence. You're responsible for keeping your personal and payment information accurate and up to date, and for keeping your login details confidential. We aren't responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.

Products and Authenticity
Every watch we sell is genuine. All brand names and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners.
Product Descriptions
We work to keep all product information accurate. Colors, materials and finishes may look different depending on your screen settings or production variations, and all measurements are approximate.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree to buy the item(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment verification problems, ineligibility or product unavailability. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund. Items in your cart aren't reserved until your order is completed and paid for. An order is confirmed once you receive a dispatch notification.
Payment
We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment Policy, including cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways. We may restrict or cancel any payment if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Pricing and Currency
Prices are shown in AED by default and charged in the currency shown at checkout, based on your shipping destination. Prices don't include import duties or taxes charged by customs in your country. We may correct pricing errors at any time and cancel or amend orders affected by them, with a full refund for any cancelled order.
Shipping, Delivery and Customs Duties
We ship to the six GCC countries by DHL Express. All orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): your checkout total covers the product and shipping only, and you're responsible for any import duties, local taxes and customs fees due on delivery. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Warranty
Every watch comes with an official warranty. Our Warranty Policy explains what's covered and how to make a claim.
Order Cancellation
To cancel or change your order, email us right away at info@watchgallery.ae. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched, we can't accept cancellations or changes, but you can return the item under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Title and Risk
Ownership of the goods passes to you on full payment and successful delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address given at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, code and page layout, belongs to Watch Gallery or is used with permission, and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, comments or other content to the website, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish and distribute it. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
Third-Party Websites
This website may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control or endorse them and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy or privacy practices.
Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, customs delays, transport disruptions or technical failures. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order won't exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Watch Gallery harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
