Orders
By placing an order, you agree to buy the item(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion. We may refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment verification issues, ineligibility, or product unavailability. Items in your cart are not reserved until your order is completed and paid for. An order is confirmed only once you receive a dispatch notification.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Elo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and installment payments via Tabby. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. We may restrict or cancel any payment if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Pricing and Currency
Prices default to AED and are charged in the currency shown on the checkout page, based on your shipping destination. Watch Gallery is a VAT-exempt entity in the United Arab Emirates, and listed prices do not include UAE VAT. Prices exclude any destination-country customs duties. We may correct pricing errors at any time and cancel or amend orders affected by such errors.
Shipping, Delivery, and Customs Duties
We ship across the GCC. All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — the price at checkout covers the product and shipping only. You are responsible for any import duties, local taxes (such as VAT), and customs fees due on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Order Cancellation
To cancel or change your order, contact us right away at info@watchgallery.ae. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we can't accept cancellations or changes. You can still start a return once you receive the item, in line with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Title and Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you upon full payment and successful delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address given at checkout.

Product Descriptions
We work to keep all product information accurate. However, colors, materials, and finishes may appear differently due to screen settings or production variations, and all measurements are approximate.
