Return Period

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests after 30 days won't be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unaltered.
• In the same condition as when shipped.
• Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, protective films, and certificates.

Items that don't meet these conditions may be sent back at the customer's expense.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@watchgallery.ae within 30 days with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we'll email you return instructions and a shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it within 10 days of getting the label.

Returns sent without approval won't be accepted.

Return Shipping

Free in all cases — whether the item is faulty, incorrect, or you've changed your mind.

Restocking Fees

No fees.

Refunds

• We inspect every returned item on arrival.
• Once approved, we refund your original payment method in your checkout currency.
• Refunds are processed within 3 days of approval.
• Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original following this policy and place a new order for the replacement.
