Refund policy
You can return any watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days won't be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused and unaltered.
- In the same condition as when it was delivered.
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, protective films and certificates.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@watchgallery.ae within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we'll email you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it within 10 days of receiving the label.
Returns sent without our approval won't be accepted.
Return Shipping and Fees
- Return shipping: free for every approved return, whether the item is faulty, incorrect, or you've changed your mind.
- Restocking fee: none.
Refunds
- We inspect every returned item when it arrives and email you once it's approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in the currency you paid at checkout, within 3 days of approval.
- Your bank or card provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show the refund.
- Customs duties and import taxes are paid to your local customs authority, not to us, so we can't refund them. You may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority.
Returns That Don't Meet the Conditions
If a returned item doesn't meet the conditions above, we'll contact you and send it back to you at your expense. No refund is issued for that item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Faults that appear after the 30-day return period are covered by our Warranty Policy.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at info@watchgallery.ae as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under this policy.
